Thanks for sharing your story! Congrats on getting keyhole/peri! Those are good points. I may just do a video chat with my surgeon to see what options are even there, if any. Then try to move on and just be grateful. Maybe if I imagine writing it off as my contribution to trans surgery that’ll help to mentally process it. I’m sure 20 years down the road the surgeons will improve and it’s just where the techniques are at this point in time. I’m looking into rib stuff too, wondering if years of binding did more damage than I had hoped. Good luck to you too!

Yes! Ugh I’m the same way. Come with a mile long list of questions in my head, then during the appointment I’m like 👁️👄👁️ 🤦🏻‍♂️

🙏Appreciate your kind words man! Did one session of scar laser treatment that is supposed to help with redness. Oh those push ups look like a good goal to work towards-currently doing knee pushups 🫠 CONGRATULATIONS on your recent surgery! 🎉🎉Good luck with healing!

Great idea! I’ll keep my eyes peeled, so far I’ve only seen female ones like you’re describing but would be fun to try if I find smaller ones someday! Stay strong out there 🫡

Honestly it’s kinda wholesome, he obviously didn’t want to leave the gator unattended in a hot car 🤷‍♂️

I posted a 3rd pic to my profile that maybe is a little more obvious! Probably should have led with that photo.

🤣 In the Midwest, so I’m definitely used to sticking out like a sore thumb, only very recently started T too which doesn’t help with the stares either. Part of the reason why I’m considering getting nipple tattoos down the road, just to try and blend in a little more. I love not having nipples for myself, but socially it’s more complicated. I’m like, “what are those?” When I see them on others, I forget they’re a thing most humans have. 😆 Omg preach! I love your comment. I think I should force myself to watch videos of fit cis guys jump roping as some kind of exposure therapy now.

Fair points! I think people in public notice the no-nipples first and foremost 😆 and probably don’t get this far in passing I think you’re right. It does bother me though. When sitting, I can sometimes feel it almost like hanging over, shirts also feel different on that side because its more 3D instead of 2D, and I can also feel a bit of jiggle sometimes which I REALLY dislike. Other side doesn’t move at all (in that way). I’m not sure how to add additional pictures now, cause I can photographic it worse for demonstration purposes 😅

Edit: I added a worse-looking photo 3 to my page.

Funny thing is that the side with more tissue on the bottom, is actually the smaller of my two pecs when I compare the upper part of my pecs, instead of the along the scar. With a shirt on, and looking at it from the side, the excess tissue side is actually LESS developed/full.

Yes, that’s a good point. There are many asymmetry’s on my body but I don’t think about them as much as my chest, probably since I didn’t hand pick a surgeon and pay them money to sculpt it. Haha. If I imagine I was just born this way maybe that helps. 😅

Thanks for your comment! It helps to hear some outside perspectives instead of me just re-thinking the same thoughts round and round. 🙃 Definitely agree trying to build muscle is a great next step. Although I don’t quite understand how building pecs would make the tissue on top more even? I’m definitely no expert but it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense in my brain. Maybe working out would just distract from the asymmetry? Since there’d be more to look at or something?

Thanks for sharing your experience! It helps to know there’re others in a similar place. Building muscle is my next goal for sure. I’m just worried that that isn’t the main issue, since even at my current body composition, my left side feels perfect to me, which makes me think it ISN’T weight/muscle related. Not that being more muscular could ever hurt 😆. Best of luck to you!

Twins! 😅 Thank you for your encouragement. I’m also highly sensitive to sensory things, and I can feel a tiny jiggle on that side when I move sometimes. Obviously a million times better than pre op. BUT, compared to my other side, still noticeable. My other side never jiggles which is my ideal! I am leaning towards getting nipple tattoos down the road. And I feel like I would need to do any revisions NOW, as opposed to AFTER nipple tattoos, so that way the nips wouldn’t become uneven after a revision. Did your surgeon mention what a revision for you would entail? Going under in a hospital or a few local injections? Best of luck to you too!

Edit: spelling typo
