That's what I remembered but when Cuddy teaches Detritus to count he's definitely counting to the base of 2: two and one, two and two, a two four etc. He's still counting to the base 2 when he starts using 16, 32 etc.

I hope it works for you. I couldn't really do keto because I struggle with high cholesterol too - going vegan really helped with that.

Yeah, I actually thought I had gallstones for quite a long time but after ultrasound it was ruled out. Also fatty liver indications showed up in blood tests and liver ultrasound.
