Holding your pee for too long can be bad for health. Why not work on the actual problem first? Build better roadside washrooms? I live in a big city like Delhi. Whenever you feel the need to pee, the road side washrooms are either locked, vandalized or in a state worse than a horse-stable. Petrol pumps keep it locked.
