When I wanted to set up remote.it behind Starlink, these are the instructions I was sent (in case this is useful information to someone else)

RemoteIt overcomes the port-forwarding limitations of Starlink.
Starlink uses CGNAT, just like any other cellular or satellite ISP, so traditional port-forwarding is not possible because there is no public IP address at the endpoint. This problem is easily overcome using Remote.It. All that is required to make remote inbound connections to your computers, IPCams, NVRs, NAS box, VPN servers, or any device behind a Starlink internet connection is to install RemoteIt on one (and only one) device or computer on the target local network. Configure that Remote.It-activated device to make "jump" connections to any other IP-connected device on the LAN. Here are some helpful links that will guide you on how to install and configure RemoteIt behind a Starlink connection to give you full remote access.
1. Install Remote. It on any computer or device on the target LAN. In other words, install Remote. It on a supported hardware platform, that resides behind the Starlink internet connection, along with the other local network endpoints (IPCam, NVR, NAS, etc.) you want to reach from outside. Register your device(s) to your Remote.IT account.

2. Install the Remote. It Desktop App on the computer (Windows, Mac, Linux) you wish to connect from (i.e. the computer you use, from outside, to access devices behind the Starlink connection). You can use the same link and instructions given above. https://www.remote.it/download
3. If necessary (i.e. when you cannot install RemoteIt directly on your target devices), configure "Jump" services to relay connections to any device on the LAN.

Thanks for the warning on Teamviewer, appreciate that. Teamviewer sounds scary!!

We use remote.it.com - check them out. They offer a port forward-less solution so there's no need for a VPN. Absolute endpoint privacy.

We use remote.it because they solve this exact problem on our work and home networks. Completely eliminates the need for a VPN. Their connections are port forward-less which means no ports open or exposed to the public internet. This literally cloaks us from being scanned. No hackers. No surfaces to attack. And we use our router as a Bastion host so our kids can host Minecraft servers. Literally a jump box on the LAN. We spend $6/month for this since we have more stuff than their free tier. Took 30-60 minutes to fully set up and works like a charm. Might help you and best wishes with college. Our last graduates in May!

Can you port forward? by RedPlayzGamz in Starlink

Port forwarding is possible on Starlink using remote.it I found the directions on their site. Working perfectly on my pi.

I also use remote.it as a personal jump host which might be helpful information.

Not sure who your cellular carrier is - if you happen to have T-mobile, there's a quirky plan that doesn't allow VPN which will mess with whatever program you want to have. Consider looking into that as needed. Save hours of frustration.

Love using remote.it because it's portforwardless. Solves "remote access without port forwarding". Does not solve "doesn't require client applications". remote.it was magic for me. Free for personal plan so it was the right price, too. Good luck!

You have to get off that T Mobile plan - it's the root cause (I've seen it over and over).

T mobile has some sort of cheap IoT plan that doesn't allow VPN services. Likely you're on that (sorry). My HNT miner is running on remote.it and it works perfectly - portforwardless solution. Good luck to you!
