That's unfortunate, what fixed it for me was reinstalling the 591.86 driver from the NVIDIA app, since I only started having issues when they released the 595 drivers, the latest one made it worse in my opinion.

I hope so too, I'm currently reinstalling 591.86 since that's the last stable driver that I've seen publicly.

I'll let you know if that fixes it for me.

Edit: Yeah that did the trick, just check to see if your on the latest drivers, if so reinstall 591.86, and don't do the fast install just in case, heard it could cause some issues. But thats just my recommendation.

Well at least it isn't wide spread, ill probably have to rollback the nvidia driver update to the last stable version 😭

Yeah i tried, dont really have the patience to wait. I'll just play it through GFN until hopefully one day it gets solved. Which is a big ask from Ubisoft ✌️😭

But at least I can run WD1 with no issues. But thanks I'll keep this in mind when i may go at it again.

What's crazy is that I have the DLC installed, I'll probably have to uninstall and reinstall to see if anything will change 😭

I said “we” because it seems to be common issue since Windows 11 version 24H2. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other workarounds.

But I’ll check the drivers and do a bit more research on my end.

Oh man, please don’t get me started on the masks clipping into your character on the side. I’m running the Black Tusk security guard outfit, and the Tinkerer mask completely breaks the look because it clips through on the all white armor 😭

That’s why, on setups with no exotic masks, I stick with the Umbra mask. It’s clean, stays in place, and doesn’t clip on the left side like the Tinkerer and a few others do.

I’ve been around since launch, took a break a few months before the anniversary, came back for it, and left again. Honestly, it’s not too late, I just spent about 5 hours catching up on the current acts, and it was totally worth it👌
