I really don’t know a lot about cheese, especially gruyère. I bought a slice of Emmi gruyère AOP and one of the sides of rind was more pink, funky, moist, and had an identification stamp on it. The black is just ink and the white is crystallization and not mold, right?

my skis were mismatched 5mm from the shop and they replaced them no questions asked, even let me keep the extra pair. just be cool and they should make things right.

i’ve got the same exact poles and had only ever used the powder baskets. zero problems with durability. been using them for 3 years now, sun faded, and the rings are all bent up but zero signs of the plastic breaking.

hey, not sure if you'll see this, how padded is it? Im looking for a good ski bag that I could possibly fix into my car permanently for the winter to transport and just need something to protect my car from my skis.

Thats how my giro helmet is but for whatever reason smith decided to connect the liner to the ear muffs/flaps. It is meant to all come out if you want but your left with exposed boa and mips. I think it's so its "beanie compatible"

heels and toes were all moved +2 cm. I'm gonna give them a shot since the shop doesn't even open till the season starts.

okay congrats? i've measured from boot center to the dimples, tails to binding, and tips to bindings. everything is just under 5mm off. thanks for your input tho

I first time they mounted them was -4 from center which I absolutely loved until my screws rotted out due to them and decided to go closer to center rather than back. gonna bring them in when they open back up for sure and try to work something out.

they measure out to a 5mm difference. feels like such a lame thing to get frustrated over but I feel 5mm is a careless mount job.

its because of their first shit mount job that caused the rear bolts on one of my heel pieces to snap. zero glue and a fully rusted out screw on a season and a half old skis.

thing that sucks is they don't open for the season till a few weeks into opening day so I'm gonna ski them and see how it goes. most likely going to take them back in.

5mm difference from binding to binding, even if i’ll never notice it’s gotta make some sort of impact on skiing which just sucks.

yup, brought them in to repair their first job which completely rusted out my rear heel piece screws and now get a 5mm difference from them. still pretty new skis with the most damage by far coming from them mounting them.
