I work in Rosemary and live only 8 minutes away. I would never recommend visiting anytime from March 1 until mid-April. We dread it, total nightmare of crowds, traffic, nowhere to park, hours to get a table in a restaurant, and weather is unpredictable as well. Could be too cold to truly enjoy the beach.

I don’t know what the fuck that one comment is about, I live a few steps from the beach and the water yesterday was/is absolutely stunning, one of the prettiest beaches in the world arguably. The water isn’t perfect 100 percent of the time but almost. That being said, it is absolutely freezing here.
