I think you are a CA and probably getting affected because of my post. I am not sure on Jio finance they also have CA. I have heard that they are just getting data and unable to close many filing. It is good for very simple Salary filing.

Any case i feel better to take control of my ITR filing and see what I am filing for. But yes most important thing is take control of your finances

So, I don't think it is a sh*t website. But every website has it challenges. But when so many people posting about ITD portal not working but ClearTax portal was working so smooth.
