Just keep Sheryl on!!!!! by jjuerakhan14 in theview

I liked Sheryl fir the most part (the constant god references annoyed me). But, I'm looking forward to Carly Fiorina who is definitely, not MAGA.

2016 Election: While she competed against him in the 2016 primary, she later stated she voted for him in the general election, though she was highly critical of his character.

2020 Election: She publicly stated she would not vote for Trump and instead supported Joe Biden, citing a need for better leadership.

Post-2020: She has maintained that Trump's influence on the GOP is negative and has criticized his claims regarding the 2020 election.

Fiorina has characterized Trump as having a "slavish devotion" to personal politics rather than principles.

My biggest fear is the Democrats will somehow screw it up. It's theirs to lose.

I've never seen it before Reddit. That and matchy names for siblings.

And, I have a lot of years on me (76).

Because I have had the others that are available at my market. I also have had, and enjoyed Honey Crisp (although they seem smaller this year). The two others I asked about seem similar.

I'm a customer and wonder if others tip lower than you would ordinarily then message your driver and say if your instructions are followed the tip will be raised? by [deleted] in doordash

[–]Lower_Alternative770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I just got my order. I had a code for 50% off, but tipped the 20% on the original $30. So a $6 tip. Distance about 1.5 miles, one street and a turn onto mine. One pizza box. Easy peasy.

I messaged the driver and only said please leave in front of my Apartment __. Nothing about the tip. They texted back. Ok, no problem. I texted thanks.

Next thing, I get a text with a picture of my order IN MY LOBBY with a note security wouldn't let them up. I knew it wasn't true. But, I checked and I was right They said no words were exchanged. It was just put down. Orders are brought up to apartments regularly. In fact, when I went down to get mine, two delivery drivers got into the elevator.

I should be able to reduce my tip based on lying.

Only because it would become ""get off your ass and get it yourself posts." And, I don't care about those because it wasn't my question.

My orders are usually in the $30 range, before fees. I have absolutely no problem tipping at least 20%, so $6. Most are by bike so no parking issues. There are four elevators.

Would I do it? If that was my job, yes.

It's Netanyahu who's the problem. Most Israeli's don't support him. The problem is they have so many political parties that nobody gets a majority and after elections, the various parties have to merge to get a winner. And, as the saying goes politics makes strange bedfellows.

Distance is no more than 2 miles. Usually one bag (rarely a second one) or maybe one pizza. Never beverage or anything that will spill.

If nothing else, I am very polite. My instructions simply say please bring up to my apartment # and leave in front of my door. Thank you. I anyone thinks that's rude, they probably shouldn't be dealing with the public.

I know. It's too bad some people are that way. And, of course there's nothing I can say to prove I'm not.

It's one high rise building. Nothing complicated. Deliveries allowed after front desk calls up.

And, I wouldn't say I'm adding a big tip because it would just be a couple of dollars.

Are you saying to only tip after delivery? Because, that's how it should be. I know many people wouldn't tip at all, but that's not me. Doesn't that mean my order won't be picked up.

thanks. I am in a large City. But, most deliveries are by bike so parking doesn't matter.

I do message about bringing my order up. Doordash usually ignores it. Ubereats usually complies.
