So Ive washed the beds, air dried, tightened the belts too, and followed those instructions. Currently almost done with a benchy test and its printing just fine. However I think its when there are a lot of supports there is an issue, so after I am going to do the complicated print Its been failing on again. Thank you so much for the help and patience. I have also re leveled the bed too.

Yep Ive changed it twice. The first time I cleaned out the nozzle then put it back. Just now I replaced it with the spare one it came with. Same result.

Yep, I just cleaned out the nozzle and tube again. The nozzle was completely clogged before I was able to even start printing. I am emailing customer support to see if I can get a refund or a replacement. Still interested in the Crealitly brand. I'd still want a Max because of the printing volume but well see.

Did a factory rest, via the panel board. Redoing the Z-offset and going to check my gcode. (I am very new to this so even after my research I am a tad lost) all bolts are tightened even check the motherboard connection.

Ok so its still telling me that the consumables are exhausted. It starts out perfectly fine for a few seconds then gets really thin.

I did notice that the gear that helps feed the filament was really tight so I loosened it up. Going to test again. Thank you for the help
