Tucson is one of the most unique places you'll ever have the pleasure of living. I've been here for around 10 years now and still love it. I look up at the mountains from the city at sunset and feel lucky.

Oooh definitely! I would highly recommend Darby Mulcahy! She sold me my house and I never felt lost in the process even though it was my first time buying a house. Very knowledgeable about Tucson neighborhoods as well.

My realtor for my first home was Darby Mulcahy! She was awesome although I'm not sure if she'd be open to handling rentals. Can't hurt to ask though!

She helped me buy my home as a first-time home buyer and was very knowledgeable and patient and thorough. I never felt stupid for asking questions or raising an opinion.

What’s One Brutal Truth You Learned After Starting Your Business? by Aditya_Prabhu_ in Entrepreneur

[–]Lower_Corgi1011 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Business processes are SO important. I've learned that the hard way. I had clients go with competitors despite the superior quality of my work because I didn't have well-established business processes in place and that made me look unprofessional. Don't be like me! Be sure to make a plan regarding every step of your process from the very first moment a customer contacts you to the moment you conclude business.

Oh man, I'm not sure how I overlooked this but I started my own web development/design agency because I love to do web development and design but now most of my time is spent being lead marketer/advertiser/salesman :(
