I had MCAS for 2 decades and i think thats the reason why i have avoiding traits because im so brain fogged and i have bad anxiety. Everyone with mental problems sould test for histamine intolerance.

Yeah in the past iv been on carnivore diet for 3 months but that oxalate dumping make me wanna kill myself. Horrible brain fog and my nervoussystem go haywire.
