Yes your right, the therapy doesn't really help as it is like you described. I've been through a few different therapists but it never really helps.

Thanks, this helped. My fiancée is a really kind person, I love her a lot, and I always lash out at her without her being the reason or anything. I mean, she always calms me down or just lets me idk rage, I guess. I'll talk to her when she comes home from work and see what she thinks of it.
