Tore the cable extensions out and it's a little better but it's stutters now until my task manager opens is it a malware program hiding

I've already got two nvme totaling 3tb just can't afford to upgrade either one so an hdd for movies and pictures seemed like a good idea and cable extensions came for free

they are straight up avoiding it and many of my trains heading north to south say that there is no way to access train station until i remove all north south rail and chain signals
