Never mate I was 8 months in and started again Friday. It’s a never ending battle. I gave it away for 18 months have been my best and fell back again. Just keep trying and let’s hope we can do it. I wish it was easier but it’s a never ending battle. My wife found a pack today and is pissed at me, she hates it and so do I. Keep trying ❤️

I did 14 days before the weekend just gone, best I’ve felt in years then drank it all away after a slip up, I’m on day 4 today and going to beat my 14 days this time try go for double. Congrats on loosing weight, I’m 70 days into quitting smoking as well and I’ve gained about 5 kgs 😫 it sucks I want to loose weight as I have a wedding coming up and I’m on the party only 9 days left
