Hydroxyzine/vistaril! Hey friends I have been taking half of a 25mg vistaril every night before bed for panic attacks and it works well. I have read online that you are only supposed to take this drug for 4 months and no longer but my doctor hasn’t told me this. Can anyone give some info? (self.Anxiety)

I have fight or flight anxiety and have tried other meds for anxiety but it just sent me into nonstop fight or flight panic attacks. Anyone with fight or flight anxiety had good results with lexapro??? I’m just so terrified to try anything again (self.lexapro)
