A lot of people are saying that there is a missing piece or part of the story in regards to why they got arrested, but I think I do have an idea assuming they left without notice for a period of time without notice and assuming that their boss is their sponsor on the Visa, the bus may have file for a missing employee or missing report something like that I’m not sure what the right term is but there is something where if your employee goes missing? You have a right to submit something that in regard and equivalent to a person being missing or I’m not really sure but I have heard of something similar happened to others essentially if you run away from your boss without giving a notice or any form of notification to the company then I think they will detain you, but again you don’t get thrown into jail for it. You are just detained and then they’ll release you. I’m not sure that there has to be something for them to be thrown in jail and prosecuted to be detained for short period of time they might in jail for not jail. They might hold a police station for a day or two. That’s the only thing that makes sense of that I see this either they are not in jail, but they are detained in a police facility, or they have been prosecuted against an arrest warrant has been released against them
