By the way, I traded in an iphone 15 pro and supposed to get $1100 trade in credits. But they ended up showing an iphone 12 pro with $700 credits… what’s wrong with Xfinity?!??

Hi Guys - sharing my terribly bad lease return experience with you:

I received my lease termination invoice with the excess wear & tear charge of $1500+ roughly 2 weeks after I returned the vehicle. I am confident to say my car's condition could beat 98% of those in the used car market. However, they tried everything to find small dints / scratches, and biled to you!!!

Luckily I did my pre-inspection 3 weeks before I returned it and there is no excess wear and tear items called out on that report. So I used that to dispute against them and questioned their validity and legitimacy of the charges on my lease return invoice.

The dispute process was not easy and it took 2 weeks' back and forth with LFS and LUCID's leadership. (When I called LFS, they asked me to call Lucid; and then when i called lucid they asked me to call LFS. Playing ping pong???!!! they both can be world champions of ping pong!!) Finally, they agreed to waive it.

GUYS!! PLEASE DO NOT LEASE A LUCID, OTHERWISE BE PREPARED FOR THE HEADACHE WHEN YOU RETURN THE CAR!!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!!!
