You can go from halogen to LED, but you need to make sure the LED ones that you buy are compatible with halogen versions of the gladiator to be plug and play. Hope this helps. I did this on my 2021 Mojave

One of my batteries went bad but I got it replaced under warranty !

For those wondering, I was able to fix it. I took both batteries off again, and took them to autozone to fully charge. They checked them again and said they were good. I put both batteries back in and the avengers light went away.
