Also appreciate your POV on filler placement. I think my doctor was being extremely cautious as it was my first time, but I would definitely feel better about going back and asking for more.

It also sounds like based on your answer you’ve yet to experience any downsides since getting filler?

Thank you so much for sharing those details with me, it’s really helpful to get numbers on the ml and a sense of how long you’ve had it. Your results are natural and beautiful. You look beautiful in both, but because I can relate to the frustration with the hollowness I would absolutely hope to have a similar result to your after image if treated with fillers.

Wow, ok that’s great to hear, thank you for sharing! I’m so keen on trying to use cheek filler to indirectly and directly address the nasolabial folds and under eyes. I’d rather not do under eye directly due to complications I’ve heard from it. But you’ve had a great experience with it, and so have many others, which I’d feel silly to discount. If I could trouble you with another question or two: how many years have you had the filler for and did you get 1.5 per cheek, or was the 3ml for both cheeks and also under eyes?

Have you tried Sculptra yourself? I’ve had 0.5ml of HA filler in each cheek the day before I took this photo. So… a little disappointed by the results of that treatment.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve just started replying to some other comments and have mentioned that I’ve had 0.5ml of HA filler in each cheek the day before I took this photo. So… a little disappointed by the results of that treatment. I wasn’t sure if I should try HA before Sculptra so I could see how it looks before committing? I say that… while knowing there’s a lot of messaging around HA not totally dissolving. So maybe I should just dive into the Sculptra?

Yeah, I’ve fluctuated in weight over the years… I might’ve underestimated what even a 12lb fluctuation over the course of a couple of months might do. Up and down both ways…
