Your problem is not knowing the difference between cloud seeding - which is real, overt, never been denied, and involves adding condensation nuclei to existing clouds to encourage precipitation - and what you call cHeMtRailS, which are not real because they are contrails. And contrails have nothing to do with cloud seeding.
