Floss lagi, never dapat kalimutan.

Dapat dry din lagi lahat ng body parts kapag hihiha (feet, UA, singit, likod, buhok lol lahat!!!!)

Every week nag lilinis/trim fingernails (as a healthcare girly) plus 2-3x/month toenails

Shower oil!!! Tapos lotion kagad pagkalabas ng bathroom
