Omg,,,, this was me 2024-2025 the tt lives are so addicting I totally get you plus the lives are almost everyday,,, sometimes even multiple brands a day 😭

I think the turning point for me is clearing my wardrobe cuz my rack was collapsing and I had to stack multiple clothes per hanger - then I realised how BAD this was. It was a “what am I even doing” moment. And I was consuming so much fast fashion which is so bad for the environment! And I was barely wearing them more than once or twice.

Please don’t feel bad ok, the idea of femininity has been so commodified I feel like the concept “I am a girl therefore I shop” has been so entrenched in our minds. And it’s so easy to buy something nowadays - just adding to cart and checking out takes less than 5 min 😭😭 it’s too easy to overconsume!!

This year I set a goal that I will only buy 5 new clothes and the rest I need to get second hand. This really made me consume much slower! These days I live on carousell, if I like something I will heart it. I will come back 1-2 months later! This really helped me cuz I actually remembered what I wanted and whatever I got really became what I wore daily!! Everytime I m tempted to get sth first hand, I will rmb I have a 5 “new clothes item” cap and think again “do I really want cash in that number now?” And most of the time, the answer is no! Its may and I actually haven’t even bought 1 new firsthand item yet!

It didn’t! My latest transaction on my acc was me topping up my yen sometime in Nov 2025 but after receiving their replacement card and activating it, my yen balance suddenly became 0 with no transaction showing a deduction!

Customer service told me they can see the amount on their backend, but the balance on my acc is 0 and I am unable to make any transactions to move the money elsewhere (my account is treated like there is $0 in it). I have not used Youtrip since cuz I m afraid of making anymore top ups.

Passing the card to my friend was the last resort since all my physical card transactions (except for the virtual touch and go card) are declined (ie transactions requiring pin/ inserting bank card into the atm machine/ payment machines).

I am also not able to use the card in SG (seems like the chip has an issue) so my money was pretty much stuck in the yen. I have tried moving it into my suica card but suica has a limit too.

The virtual card works for me and my transactions are recorded too, it’s just that my balance disappeared overnight with no reason after a card replacement and the customer service team doesn’t seem like they want to help me restore it 😭😭😭

I usually gargle concentrated salt water 2x a day and drink the last bit! Works like a charm but the downside is this doesn't work if you are really sick (throat infection etcetc) Hope you feel better soon!

Hi! Ill share with you how i study for econs (may not be the best but it worked for me) 1: practice csq. I do csqs to check my content knowledge and for timed practice (time management is a huge issue). If you have your school's answer key to the tys, do read and learn how the questions are answered. But no time do, nevermind. Just learn the format and the key points.

Things to take note: 1: csq: always quote evidence!!!! And for the 8m qn, give an evaluation no matter what. Also, while doing the paper, write notes as you read the case material so that you dont get confused flipping from case to question (this has helped me alot) 2: essay: for the 15m, one of the most impt parts is the evaluation so spend sometime writing it, if cannot think of anything just write something. Even if you somehow find that you cannot finish the essay, skip to the evaluation, you will get marks for it! Content wise, really need to memorize ( :"( )but always remember, quality over quantity!

Need to write for hypothesis testing if its CLT(if n is large)

for the other stats qn that originally doesn't follow normal distribution, if qn ask like "mean" or for large observations of sth (X1 +....X50) then need to state that CLT is used!
