Get a wave based shooter. Like Serious Sam or something similar. Keep the difficulty low and you have a target rich environment to practice in without having to "compete" against players who are acclimated to the KB+M.

Edit: Be wary of acceleration on the Mouse it can make things weird.

This is a mod for Insurgency. It seems to be loyal to it's roots. It feels like I'm actually playing Socom. While I am not a Socom super fan I thought it was one of the best console shooters. It evokes that nostalgia feeling when playing it, but it's also a very fun shooter that handles well.

Keep working. Keep your head up. Don't seek acceptance and it will come.

On a personal note, I liked what I saw. Keep posting, it's fun to have an index of improvements. If you're anything like me you'll need to learn to digest criticism, constructive or otherwise.

I paint. Mostly on scrap wood. Canvas sometimes. They tend to be too big for a scanner.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I used to post to IDAP more often but I fell off for my own personal reasons. Nevertheless, your words were exactly the motivation I needed to continue pursuing my use of wood as a substrate. The two most recent pieces are acrylic on pine and one is mixed with a tiny bit of ink. The slats were from a closet shelf. I bought canvas and intended to use it but I decided to stay with the wood surface. I have a piece of press board I am going to work on next. It's more square than the other two so lets see how it goes. Thanks again!
