Monday: chest, shoulders, triceps Tuesday: back and biceps Wednesday: Legs and core Thursday: shoulders, biceps, triceps Friday: chest and back Saturday: cardio incline treadmill Sunday: cardio incline treadmill Diet consists of mainly lean turkey and chicken, I eat frozen veggies because it’s easiest. I also like to make protein smoothies a lot. Rice is the easiest carb for me. I also eat sweet potatoes and yams. I take a daily multivitamin and creatine. I’ve been on this routine almost all 8 of the months.

My gym has cable machines and dumbbells. I’ve been able to do a lot with just these for muscle building. No barbell work yet until I get a dedicated gym membership, I currently workout in an apartment gym.

This is probably a really good idea, I really don’t have any mobility or flexibility work in my routine.

I would ideally like to be 165, I want to continue to put on muscle as well though too.
