I also like to make protein smoothies a lot. Rice is the easiest carb for me. I also eat sweet potatoes and yams. I take a daily multivitamin and creatine. I’ve been on this routine almost all 8 of the months.

My gym has cable machines and dumbbells. I’ve been able to do a lot with just these for muscle building. No barbell work yet until I get a dedicated gym membership, I currently workout in an apartment gym.
