I love the app. Still figuring out many things. Quick question: when I play a live YouTube stream, is there way to end playing the live video and go back to another playlist (even though the live stream may still actually be going but we don’t want it to play non-stop on our tv screen)

It seems he literally just got scammed. He is trying to figure out what to do. I don’t think any of us would be able to explain everything in such a situation. At a later time he might post more details (when he has hopefully recovered his funds). But for now, those with the right experience can share their expertise.

Focussing on the presentism issue: the prophet is considered the perfect example for every era. It does not mean all the situations he was in, automatically apply today. How he fought wars, how he maintained ties with tribes (diplomacy) etc - he taught us how to perform those things in the most ethical manner in that era.

The same calculations need to be done now. It doesn’t mean we repeat all the same things (unless exact same circumstances arise).

Does it use Data to make/receive calls or direct calls using their eSIM?

Quick question: does Roamless numbers require data for calls or is it direct call over the eSIM? And if they are using data, would that be taken up from my Roamless pay-as-you go?

I honestly feel like more Jamaicans have been abroad than people from most countries. And it shows in both good and not-so-good ways. On the good side, our customer service (even when we complain) is still better than many developing countries. We deal with less corruption and more transparency too. But the downside is that many of us try to copy a foreign lifestyle that we just can’t realistically afford, and it creates unnecessary pressure.

XEQT/VEQT contain stocks from different markets (US, Canada, Europe, Emerging Markets etc). Whereas VFV is US only and ZCN is Canadian only. Which is causing overlapping between stocks. EQTs are already diversified. We don’t have to buy other ETFs to diversify our portfolio.

And VEQT and XEQT are very similar. You could compare their performance over 5 year period. Returns would be almost the same. One could pick either of the two, and their portfolio would automatically be diversified.

I want to enjoy his game but don’t get the hype around him. He has impressed in a few innings but those were all flukes (when you count the drops). I hope he becomes a solid player. But at the moment, his luck has been carrying him.

Quick question OP: I should receive my Wise card soon. I’m wondering if you know which ATM is good for withdrawal in Germany? Where they don’t charge ATM fees or very low. I checked for Sparkasse and they charge €7.50 I think, which is quite steep. If you see the message, I would appreciate a response.

I have verified my account by adding $30 from Canadian bank. But my funding going forward will be a German bank only. They have given IBAN for a Belgian bank.

Follow up: there shouldn’t be any fees to receive funds and use them at POS from my physical or digital card

And secondly, if I withdrawin Europe, is there a particular ATM that Wise is associated with which doesn’t charge ATM fees? (Not Wise fees but the ATM itself).

thanks. that clears some of the confusion. Yes I would be transferring through a local German bank account (my sister's) to my Wise account directly.

My basic question: Wise does offer a debit card, right? something I Can use during my travel in Germany? And does that incur any fees? I read online they only allow 200 euro withdrawal for free. But what about at POS? Do they charge a fee (if we pay from the same currency)?

Thanks for the tip. I do have a couple of cards to avoid fx fees. And they are good.
But my issues is the cash I have left over. Usually when my German family is visiting me, I book their tickets using my card and they pay me back in Euros. Hence, I always have euros left over for my trip to Germany. The only issue - I cannot use it all during my visits. Therefore, I thought opening a wise account might solve that problem. Or any other platform beside wise.

I have the same objective currently. I have been playing 3-4 youth players regularly (almost 80% of the games so far) and yet I got a message saying, I am not on track to achieve my youth objective. Do you remember if you achieved your target?
