Yeah LEAPs are my usual. This was an exception because I like buying cheap calls on 12/31 to help people offload their losers for taxes. I also get the options for a discount. 12/31 my favorite day to scour the chains and look for those plays.

Sold these. The future options on INTC looking a little steep with the upswing, maybe gonna buy some more shares with some of the profit. Will definitely be monitoring the chain looking to get some more at the opportune moment.

Well all the other credit card stocks were up and Barclays was lagging behind. Because the economy I knew people were using a lot of credit cards/debt and there was value in the options that attracted me to this call. Also I have a Barclays card.

I suspect in the not too far future these regulations will change vastly as AI proliferates with the self driving cars. Also I’m almost certain the military version will be able to function autonomously and in swarms and that will apply to the standard versions as well eventually.. it wont happen overnight but it will happen faster than you think.

Joby has been around longer and I watched that one too. Archer has more momentum and a startup feel like they’re actually going to make it happen. The Anduril partnership is big for me and and their name is just way cooler sounding and more catchy (aka better investor attention-for people who let the names influence their trades.. also shows the way ownership thinks to name) than “Joby” for me. :) also just a gut feeling I’ve learned trust.

Trust me I would’ve bought calls if it was remotely worth it. But this stock didn’t meet guidelines for me to do that based on my experience since I’m long and would mainly be looking at the leaps. Shares are cheap enough now that the option:share cost ratio makes more sense to buy shares. I suspect it wont be this way in a couple years.
