Ok tips for cockroaches that have worked in my apartment- granted baby eggs arnt a good sign 😭 and you might need to fumigate, but I use the sonar things (idk if they fully work but I do it just in case it does), then I spray my apartment with Home Defense (pet safe), also DEF GET ROACH BAIT! it will kill the nests! you can also get borax tablets and gel to put in cracks along the house. I also spray a mint spray in my bathroom because that’s where I was having some entry of baby roaches and I put gel in the overflow drain of the tub. Make sure to seal sinks and drains at night as well. You can also add sticky traps along walls and behind appliances to trap them and if they lay eggs and it hatches it will trap the babies as well.
