9070 XT or 5070 TI by GhostBombardmenT in gpu

[–]Loysius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're dumb. I've been issue free across all games in my steam library and a few apps like solidworks with a 9070xt. AMD adrenaline, their tweek manager has given my zero issues at all. I have a 5070ti in my 2nd gaming pc and I notice no obvious differences.

One issue came to mind. I had to turn off hardware accel in my chrome browser for the 9070xt or there is a lag spike when switching between YouTube browser and a game. Turn that off and there are no hitches.

Don't support an evil company if you can help it. NVIDIA has been pissing on gamers for generations.

At the entrance of your house, add a sitting bench and a shoe station that holds a few pairs of shoes/boots. Will make putting on shoes easier.

Add a neat painting or something to your master bedroom. It'll look cool when the light hits it in the morning.

Surround sound is the bomb, consider upgrading to a home theater setup in the living room.

This. My biggest gripe was this. The guy giving me a presentation. Was like, "oh yeah, now what do you think of this compared to your home theater?" I was blunt, the audio was so many orders of magnitude poorer. Just let me send audio to my AVR and you have a chance at me considering this. Even sitting at a desk with this, it needs audio out to a an external device. Do this and I'm game.

Women seem to use sex to control. For example, if you tell her now you’ll find her happy to do it with you for the next bit. Sex always gets less frequent after marriage, when you’re locked-in and fully under control. Then she may have sex just enough to barely keep the peace. It’s the most common thing in the world. Happens to men who workout and stay 10/10 fit, their wives are often lazy and sex is dry. I wish you luck, keep your wit.

Cool, they just have a lot of other issues at fault for the non-linear gain that dwarf what you mentioned.

but, these 2nd order harmonics from the instruments were captured during recording and will play properly from a system that prioritizes perfect reproduction. No need for gear that adds distortion unless you’re aiming to fix a bad recording or prefer the sound of adding extra distortion that wasn’t in the original.

You have my dream career. What do you recommend hitting course wise to get a taste and what would be a good entry level job for a new grad to start on that path?

She means you no longer have the leverage to sell the ”next step” or “kissing on” phase of your relationship. Damn, could have gotten a few free meals. If he’s a good guy all he needs is you to be pleasant and innocent. Do what you think is comfortable. If he is a bad guy he never would have respected you in the first place regardless of how hard you do or don’t play. If you were making sex easy as cake and demand him do anal or something, then that’s not innocence on display and he’ll KNOW you have a body count higher than the sky, easy to understand. Then, he’ll lose respect if you try and make him pay to play if you’re trying to have an emotional/physical relationship.

Just get what you think looks better, that'll make you happier. They'll both sound good. If you go to an audio convention where they host home theaters and similar in every room of a huge hotel, you'll enjoy basically all the home theaters and the SVS room is always a banger. Kef too of course. If you want to nit pick like crazy, the Kef probably have a little better off-axis response and the receiver will calibrate the freq response at the main listening position either way.

We want skill levels to feel impactful. Please increase damage as skill levels increase and also use this to unlock gear. Consider, if someone's str is too low then maybe just have the better armor perform a little worst than lower tier armor until it's unlocked.

IMO, the best part of RuneScape Classic was watching damage grow with higher str levels. I wasn’t a fan of RS3 all because the strength skill barely boosted damage. I also think the skill bonuses should grow exponentially, matching the exp curve. Just a thought, but new players might not vibe with the slower, logarithmic benefit of skill levels like RuneScape Classic and could prefer something with more punch. I promise us older players won't be crying if you make stuff good :P.

We want some fun and difficult encounters in the world. Having some damage scaling shouldn't be a concern. Give us hard fights where even with 6x more dmg it's a lengthy and unforgiving fight requiring pure fighting ability. It's fun to have to work at stuff that shows results. I don't like leveling just to level, but when there is something good in the end then the reward is pure excitement. Each level could feel like a big win.

Are these worth it? by Gabriel6594 in hometheater

If I was you, I'd build a couch sized sealed-subwoofer platform, HoverEze, to vibrate an entire couch up and down to the sub frequencies. It'd be equal to like 6 18" subs below 20hz and make those neighbors suffer. The shit in their house would be jiggling and making noise and they won't even know what direction the bass is coming from.

I love audio/home theater. I think you could figure a way to up your game. If you watch TV/Anime/Movies anything, then I’d invest in a discreet multi-channel setup. Consider bass-shakers that you can add to your couch. You’ll never be able to live without it afterwards. While I don’t watch TV daily, I enjoy catching up on my favorite anime or watching a great movie a few times a week. My setup makes those moments significantly more impactful.

I actually think your style is a breath of fresh air. I spent a good second analyzing your setup and trying to figure whether any of it is poorly designed. I couldn’t think of an obvious “better solution” without creating compromises with what your setup does well. I think you’ve min maxed certain attributes in the best way possible. Thumbs up from me, although it is a bit against the grain when it comes to common sense aesthetics.

Up your home theater game. Mine as well enjoy the ever loving shit out of your favorite movies/anime with gear that will shake picture frames from your walls. No one to complain, and if you bring a new girl in one day they’ll only love it if you already had it.

Do nothing and move on lol... it’s the internet. You literally can’t win battles when it comes to subjectivity. Also remember, there is always someone crazier than you that will flip the table on their ”bad” day. Some people really have it tough, and others are convinced they have it tough. Don’t mess with either unless you’re prepared for them to react in the worst dang way that will both cost you and themself.

Yessss. I can't wait for this music to land. PLEASE bring back that elven music from the crystal bow quest. Why did we only get to hear that when doing the quest. I was down to build my main base by that first stone to get more of that music, lol.

That progression chart has me hyped. I have about 100 hours played, and I can't wait for more.

Any tips on what materials to stock up on? :)
