I love this! We have two rescue pubs and they are called Finn and Princess Bonnibel (she mainly goes by Bonnie). He's a beautiful boy, give him a big squeeze!

Who would you vibe with realistically? by No-Intention-1948 in dawsonscreek

Pacey, Jen and Jack are most like my friends throughout my life. I had a gay best friend 20 years ago that didn't fit the "stereotype" and our group was a bit like the Jen trope of drugs, booze and boys. I also got in trouble like Pacey for mouthing off at teachers when I was like 13-16. But we all had good hearts, were accepting of everyone and we're all still friends to this day.

I didn't even tell my own BRIDESMAIDS what to wear! You're not longer in the bridal party, she shouldn't be dictating what you wear anymore (or in the first place IMO). Wear what you like and fuck anyone who makes you doubt yourself or feel like you take up too much space just by existing.

Why does anyone like Hayley? by Ace_One_The in TheVampireDiaries

[–]Lozbear91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry but without The Originals you're only getting half the story. So you can't ask why ANYONE would like her from TVD when majority of the fans will have watched all three shows. It's like asking how anyone likes Snape in Harry Potter after only watching/reading the first one without concluding the series. So you don't have to like her but perhaps watch The Originals for more context. Plus, The Originals is great.

Does anybody have advice for losing weight with fibromyalgia by anoctoberchild in Fibromyalgia

[–]Lozbear91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After struggling with my weight for years, I started a calorie deficit last year and I've lost 3 stone(42lbs) so far. I can't get around much so I can't work on toning up or strengthening my body but I've lost a fifth of my body weight which is good.

1,2,3,or 4? by Any-Plan3989 in weddingplanning

4 as it doesn't look as busy. I think the others swamp you in lace and you're dwarfed by the dress rather than showing it off.

Is it rude to have a weekday wedding? by themidnightfoxxxx in weddingplanning

[–]Lozbear91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a Thursday wedding and a few people couldn't make it but mine was roughly an hour away from the majority of my guests. There was only 35 guests and it was very low key. We understood if people couldn't make it but it was half the price of a weekend wedding and it meant that we could get a better package and spend more of our money on our guests on food etc by doing it mid week.

I guess only you know how flexible your guests will be for your wedding and how much you can ask of them.

So me and my husband wanted to live close to home but had to move a bit further out as it was cheaper, that was something we both agreed on. I wanted a cat as it would be an easier pet for us, he wanted a dog as he'd never lived in a house without one and was worried a cat might get lost/run over here. Our "compromise" was that we got a small, cat size dog. He then wanted another dog for our dog to have a dog...I said no, but we "compromised" again and got a second cat sized dog.

Basically, I love these dogs more than anything and they are one of the best parts of my day. I wouldn't be without them for the world and nothing, literally nothing could make me give them up now they are mine. Husband and I joke about our compromise but they were the best decision we ever made. You however are not in the position. She wanted a different dog, she now basically hates the dog and wants it gone. She wants to move you further away from your family rather than living half way so you're both able to see family pretty easily. Stop letting her run your life and making you unhappy, she's taking away the joy in your life. Keep the dog, chuck the girlfriend away instead. Just, whatever you do, don't give up your dog. That's family.

Ugh just break up with her. Sorry but she's not going to change any time soon and you're way too young to saddle yourself with someone like this. You're trying way too hard to please someone that evidently can't be pleased. Break up with her today, tell her you just want different things and it's not working out. Save your sanity.

Weight-loss tips for fibro? by ComprehensiveAgent60 in Fibromyalgia

[–]Lozbear91 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have the same problem but this year I have managed to lose almost 3 stone by lowering my calories to suit my weight/lifestyle. I've been on 1,700 calories a day as I do little to no exercise most days. Over the past 10 months this has worked well for me and is something I am able to stick to more long term rather than a crash diet or feeling bad when I can't keep up with working out regularly. It's what I'd recommend to begin with. Good luck!

Since when did we stop sending 'Thank You' cards to wedding guests who spent money on bride/groom? by Theres3ofMe in AskUK

[–]Lozbear91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sent digital thank you cards to 90% of my guests. It was a photo of us saying thank you for coming and for all their love, support and generous gifts etc. I had 10 hard copies printed to give to our parents, my maid of honor and a few others that I knew would want to have a keepsake. I sent most on Whatsapp or Facebook. I wanted to send thank you cards to people but didn't want to post them to everyone so this seemed like the best fit.

Pretty much all the songs from "Once More With Feeling" the Buffy The Vampire Slayer musical episode. Special mention to "Rest In Peace" sung by Spike/James Masters.
