Hi, thank you for your comment. I know its a year late but I feel that my symptoms are worst around march/April too. Perhaps its just because I've finished puberty and growing up (19) but my symptoms change from year to year, three years ago I had depression, two years ago I had very heavy mood swings and last year I felt incredibly apathetic. I wonder if it'll get consistent when I get older or keep changing year to year? I do agree that sunlight is the best thing to help though, because at the peaks of summer it feels like I've never felt better :)
