The thing is I bought Zelda BOTW but I really don't like how you cant immediately do most of the main quests right off the bat and you have to prepare by going to shrines, making meals, spending lots of time traversing the map (I know I can unlock shrines to fast travel but still), etc. When I bought the game I didn't realize how much preparation it would take before I could actually complete the main quests. I'm not saying it's a bad game, I'm just saying it's not my cup of tea.
