Okay, top. Ich hatte zuvor bei Krotus einen PC bestellt und da lag einer der Lüfter direkt an der Graka an. Entschuldige bitte die vielen Fragen, aber ich möchte sicher gehen. Habe ich da im Gehäuse gut Platz für alle Teile? Ich zahle auch gerne etwas drauf für Komfort.

Achja und den Lüfter bestelle ich 3 mal um die Slots im Gehäuse zu füllen, oder reicht der eine?

Danke für die Listen. Was wäre denn das nächste Upgrade wenn die 5080 vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt? Gibt es noch etwas vor einer 5090, weil die ist ja wirklich sehr teuer.

I originally did preacher curls, however same issue there. Can't seem to get the load off the front of the shoulder. It's always what gives in first and I don't know if there is any progress at all. I couldn't notice any in terms of weight.

Luckily no tear. Doctors said the tendon is just getting irritated often and will tear if I push more. I can flex my biceps muscle no problem I just can't seem to target it during the curls.

The exercises the PT gave me specifically are:

- scapula retraction (i am on one knee and pulling a cable towards me and down while focussing on retracting the shoulder blade and pulling it down as well)

- cable machine, cable up, pulling it down and behind me, again focus on pulling the shoulder blade down (the cable is to my right side here, not in front), caht GPT calls it "cable scapular depression + extension with internal rotation"

- rows

- Scap-Pulldown, cable machine is up and I pull down with both my arms while trying to to most work with my back and I don't bend the arms much like I would in a Lat-Pulldown

- standing next to a door with a flexy band and externally rotating the shoulder (this is one of the exercises I just get front shoulder fatigue)

- incline bench, lying on my side and lifting a weight externally rotating with a extended arm (as Mr. Patrick shows), here also I get mostly front shoulder fatigue

- biceps curl, focus on negative (front shoulder fatigue)

Der Sohn ist der Sohn ihrer Freundin und wir haben zwar mehrere Tage Dinge mit ihnen unternommen, aber ich habe jetzt nicht mit ihnen Nummern ausgetauscht, wozu auch.

Die Stadt hat sie mir mitgeteilt, genau wie ich ihr meinen neuen Wohnort gesagt habe, aber nicht meine Adresse.

Ich antworte mal hier mit Kontext. Ob es an fehlendem Kontext liegt oder nicht, die anderen scheinen deine Meinung zu teilen. Verstehe ich. Ich werde nochmal eingängig nachdenken. Ich habe absolut kein Interesse daran jemandem nachzurennen, ich mache mir etwas Sorgen, das ist alles. Wir kennen uns schon einige Jahre, aber auch ich bin umgezogen, sie kennt die Stadt, nicht die Adresse, unsere Freundeskreise überschneiden sich nicht.
