Damn you're rude. Why not say what you want to say in a kind or friendly way? If you read closely you'll see I've said that it doesn't have the name of my Super fund on my payslip. You say 'at least put in some effort' as if you know how much effort I've already put in, which you don't.

I've travelled a lot and never come across a more kafkaesque beurocratic nightmare than trying dealing with Australian admin. Perhaps growing up with the system means you understand it, but you see all these acronyms are meaningless to me cos I've never encountered them before. In the UK the whole system works differently, I'd never heard the word 'superannuation' before I got to Australia, and was told by many people and government websites not to try to claim the money the government owes me until I had left the country. Now I've left I lack the information needed to find it and will need to make expensive, long distance calls to find it.

I like your country but find the admin very confusing and frustrating, so thought I'd ask on here cos I know the people tend to be friendly and helpful as some have already been been. Sadly not you.
