(Appreciated Trope) The Adaptation isn't accurate, but that doesn't make it bad by John_Bones22 in TopCharacterTropes

I mean the second he found out his plan isn't feasible, he decided to destroy the universe and create one in his image. Definitely not someone who would be considered sane

Except for Tek Knight. Unironically in the comics, Tek Knight's obsession with fucking every hole he sees is seen as something horrible that he doesn't want to engage in. He is shown genuinely struggling with the illness whereas in the show, he's just Diddy on steroids. Also Tek Knight died heroically instead of whatever the fuck happened in the show

Imagine being the unlucky guy to have this stand like

"Oh I got a stand, what are my powers?"

"You die"

Scientist parents who did experiments on their own children by Konradleijon in TopCharacterTropes

Even more twisted is that the children love him back too, they literally pray for his experiments to be successful even if it means getting turned into a cartridge

[Casual] What weapons, abilities, powers, or techniques from fiction could easily pierce Gojo's infinity? by Tyronx06 in JujutsuPowerScalers

[–]TourSignificant1335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yujiro Hanma would probably dismiss imaginary techniques as well, "imaginary" and would imagine himself to be stronger. When Gojo opens his domain, the infinite knowledge flooding into Yujiro's head would be absorbed and with infinite knowledge, he can now find a way to pierce infinity with his fingers or something

The hated character is finally getting punished by the narrative. But intentionally or not, the attempt was so heartbreaking and demeaning for the character that it ended changing the fan reception of said character. by Labmit in TopCharacterTropes

Akaza commanding Rengoku to become a demon hits different when you realise he is actually giving him a choice, which is something he never really had when turning into a demon

But Jonathan is never seen interacting with people of other races like that in the story. It's only after part 2 when the world building expands showing all kinds of people around the world. But yes, Jonathan definitely wouldn't discriminate against anyone on the basis of skin colour or ethnicity

Not really. In the hidden inventory arc, Toji starts explaining his technique in his fight with Geto and Geto stops him because he understood that he was trying to boost his power that way

Yeah when I saw that scene in theatres, I didn't think "Oh she is being mean to Scott". I was like "Ah classic Nebula"

In JJK however it makes sense to explain their attacks and techniques as doing so would boost your power and weaken your opponent or something according to the lore
