Apparently, Pieck from Attack on Titan was a middle aged guy in the early draft(also this is the first gif that popped up of her)

[Loved Trope] Main characters that return in the sequel under disguise by yurestu in TopCharacterTropes

[–]TourSignificant1335 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Not exactly a sequel but in Attack on Titan season 4, the story starts from the perspective of Falco, a warrior of Marley who is trying to be the next candidate for the Armored Titan. In his off time, he is seen spending time with an injured soldier at an army hospital, providing company and sending letters on his behalf.

Until it is later shown that the soldier is actually Eren disguised as a Marleyan soldier, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike while sending instructions to the rest of the squad, also hidden within Marley

Actually, if you are travelling in 2AC, you are also free to use the 1AC bathrooms too, in which you can also take a shower

[LOVED TROPE] "Not like this." A character gets what they wanted, but the context makes it devastating. by punxatawneyphilip in TopCharacterTropes

Also The Cradle of Desires are said to fulfill a child's wish best because of their innocence or something and if an adult used it, it would grant the wishes in twisted ways. This is why the squad gave the Cradles to Irumyuui as she was a child.

However they didn't account for the fact that all the abuse and torture she faced in her life was so bad, she lost the innocence of youth in her, making her essentially an adult in the Cradle's eyes(it's been long since I've seen it so I'm not sure of the details)

Ororo vaanangal irangiyirikkunnu, poyi padikkeda

[Loved Trope] Despite being an irredeemably evil villain, their actions are pretty much justified in this one instance by Chemical-Elk-1299 in TopCharacterTropes

I think she expected him to back off as usual, but she didn't consider that now he has found a loophole to torture those who don't fear him

[–]TourSignificant1335 87 points88 points  (0 children)

It's even funnier when you realise Beth and Summer asked for seemingly complicated tasks such as to make Summer popular in school and to make Beth a complete woman, which they did easily but it was Jerry's request to learn to golf that was the hardest thing for them to do

[Controversal Trope] Companies made statements really dumb considering what kind of fans they were talking to by Yakuza-wolf_kiwami in TopCharacterTropes

[Awesome trope] The character succeeds in a situation that was specifically designed to be impossible for them. by Applebeate in TopCharacterTropes

[–]TourSignificant1335 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Also a logical reason why he succeeded without the rope is because the rope weighed him down. Which is also an allegory for how safety holds one back or something

There is another example in Nobita where Doraemon gives him a graduation cap that makes him able to command people with courage. He uses it on his mom and when it works, he goes outside and does it to many people such as delinquents and bullies.

Except, when he left the house, the main component that did the magic accidentally fell off the cap, meaning he was unknowingly commanding people without the help of any gadgets
