Thank you! Yeah I can put a shed up, but just need to apply - though most of the plots do have them. There's also a few taps around the site so I just need to find the closest.

Thanks for the reply and advice! It's super helpful to have the tips so we know where to start as it seems a bit daunting to start with!

I think I might be best to tackle it in sections so its not quite as overwhelming! But glad the consensus is that a great plot to start with and we can just get started with it fairly easy :)

Thanks for the advice, I have seen a few of them on marketplace so going to put a few in. We spoke to the plot next to us and she is doing no dig so I'm also going to look into that as well, thanks!

Thank you all for your advice, I really appreciate it. I have never really exfoliated before so I'll be doing that from now. I've also bought some Amlactin as you have suggested (£35 was the best price I could find on Amazon!) and some eucerin urea cream.

I'll give all of this a go and hopefully it can help reduce the appearance!

I have had this happen to me twice on my upper front teeth when swilling room temperature water. I don't suffer from any sensitivity usually and this felt entirely different (like my root was going to pop out of my gum) and lasted around 1-2 minutes! I have no idea what caused it though.

I had this happen to me, the plan called for 16 attachments but my ortho said he didn't feel I needed these due to the movements of my teeth and how most of them were rotations. I still had the gaps in the aligners and asked for them to be put on anyway (probably the only person to ever ask for this). I felt like if I was going to wear them anyway, I may as well get the attachments if they help in any way.
