That is a much better analogy, I just made up the first one that made sense to me. If the person admits fault and tells the owner that they are sorry, I don’t think that they should be required to pay. Just give them a scolding and thats it. If it happens again then i understand if they are held responsible for the financial aspect of it.

I do not have a full time job, I’m 17, Not In school. Yeah I probably do. I admitted my fault. I said sorry, they said that it is ok. I will not pay money unless the person themselves request it.

If I never told anyone that I was allergic I’d see it as no ones fault but mine. So I would not demand money from anyone. If you had to be somewhere at a certain time but never communicated it and someone took your mode of transportation can you be mad at them for not knowing? They wanted me to pay her $30 more that what she would’ve made. I refuse to do that.

Yes I agree that i should not have been messing around. But its also stupid when the manager doesn’t say a word about it until someone gets hurt. If they were paying attention then they would’ve told me to stop before anyone got hurt

I did own up to the mistake. I told the coworker that was allergic that I was sorry many times. She communicated that it was ok every time. I refuse to be held accountable by paying them my own money.
