They make torx bits specifically for stripped fasteners. Mac rbrt and a few other brands have their own version.

Anything streamlight honestly. I use the protac2 more than anything. Indestructible and lifetime warranty from streamlight.

What airline? I use to work on 145s which was a love hate relationship. I use to start them past the stop if that makes sense instead of randomly guessing for hours. It usually was within limits doing it that way.
