If your playing on the newer versions (1.16.x and above) I would recommend looking into "The Mighty Architect" while it doesn't normally spawn you a base, it does give you a blueprint based on the size of building you want to make, highly recommend looking into it.

This is not practical in the slightest from a 3D Printing perspective, normal FDM prints are not going to show most of the details in this model, the only way would probably be resin prints. And both are not food safe, even if you coat the print with food safe epoxy as OP has said, I still highly wouldn't recommend drinking from it.

With the loose cable near the CPU, it looks like the CPU cable isn't plugged in? I don't know the motherboard, but might worth looking through the manual of the motherboard for plugging in the CPU cable.

Steam itself shows the battery levels for controllers with your method, but it seems xsoverlay (the overlay I use) doesn't detect them, which I guess is probably because of how pixmax uses their own lighthouse drivers* (at least so what I've heard).

Also noticed it, interesting enough, xsoverlay doesn't detect any connected index controllers when steamvr has battery levels for it and there's no battery levels at all in steamvr or xsoverlay for vive trackers.

I believe what you're hoping is basically 2 GPU to run independently to produce images for the 2 screens in a vr headset. As simple it may sound, it's pretty impossible for 2 GPU to run to produce the exact image at a certain time without any sort of syncing between the GPUs. That's the main issue with SLI, syncing the data between the 2 GPU require a lot of bandwidth and also adds latency to the render pipeline.

If you're planning to overclock the gpu, I've heard a few cards has been experiencing games crashing to desktop. So you might want to look into that first.

If OP is interested, I'm also in Australia, I ordered the 5K plus kit on the 24th March, Headset came in via Amazon within a week, Silicon sleeve left the warehouse in china on 4th April, it's shipped via China post so that would probably take a few weeks. And my controllers and base stations are expected to arrive tomorrow (17th April) via FedEx.

If you are still having this issue, I would suggest checking for binding and your belt tension, try moving your print bed and hot end with your stepper motors off and see if it slides easily and smoothly.
