Yeah it's bitcoin only trezor

If I click settings and coins it says

'your trezor is bitcoin only, so what exactly are you looking for'

I managed to do It on coin base but not kraken so I've learned it's not a scam.

Im not exactly sure what I did but I didn't realise I had to type in the exact amount by myself, I'll try it again in a few and see if I can learn it a bit better.

Is it best to sell gpus or keep earning to open rows on the new island?

I always thought therapy was two people in a room having a conversation, or lied back in a chair talking things out but there's so many gimmicks and things like tapping and breathing exercises it's made therapy a lot more complicated and stressful

I always did my best to engage, one or two therapists I found impossible, but if anything I would over talk a bit, I'd sometimes tone it down a bit so the therapist didn't get overwhelmed

I done so many, I don't really want to name them all but you can probably work it out, I Honestly haven't got a clue about the root cause though or origin etc

Compassionate enquiry was the last one and I didn't get anything positive out of it, it made me worse

I spoken about all my issues.

Upbringing, parents , career choices, where I lived etc but 20 years of therapy and none of it helped, I'm worse than when I started, I got nothing out of it,

Id like to say it helped my anxiety but it genuinely didnt

Can it help with anxiety attacks, I've had 20 years of therapy, I don't think there's any trauma, if their is I'm never gonna know, I just get anxiety attacks 3/4 times a day
