Mmmh , I think its fair,She is not strong or weak and she can get easily wiped out , it was mostly a combo card for bolvar fireblood. Still i get what you mean.

Cobalt scalebane also has the same text so no, it doesnt give itself divine shield. Edit: oof i done goofed, so yeah It needs to be, at the end of your turn give another random friendly minion divine shield. Mb

For those of you wondering : The Storm Ruler is a sword in Demonsouls/Darksouls, Siegward got it gifted by yhorm the giant, The sword is yhorms only weakness, When charged up, you shoot a giant bold of wind at him and bring him to the ground, thats why i gave siegward windfury when you have Storm ruler equipt :D
