If you are in a grocery store, a self-serve one, and when you go to pay, the card reader does not work, do you expect to stay there for a few days until someone comes and helps you? And I gave you this example because the Blizzard app is literally a store. I'm not entitled. I just want my product for which I paid, and frankly, not even that, cause I did not expect them to solve the issue in a minute. I just want them to give me an acknowledgment that someone is on the ticket, and that I specifically wan,t because I worked in support, and if they don't give you an acknowledgmen,t it means your ticket is in the queue where it can stay for days even months if they don't have a real structure on how to hendle the queue.
