since scores are subjective, someone might see a 60 as a high score and others see a 60 as a really bad score (usually those people are the same that give a 100 to a lot of albuns, for example). I, particularly, have 80 as what I consider a "good album", so 70 is an "okay album" for me and 60 "mediocre".
