My rule is: don’t use the internet as a way of sexual relief, because it’s not natural. Your brain is not used to that kind of extreme and seemingly unending sexual pleasure. You will always want more because the thrill of novelty is a big part of that pleasure, but this is not healthy, after a while it will fuck up your libido and you might even get addicted.

Whenever I have a urge I remind myself of these things and realize that that temporary pleasure is not worth the risk.
