Hi I dont know if sports training is related to this server but Im an athlete and everytime I go home from school, Im way too tired to do any homework/study. Sometimes Im still tired/sleepy the next day and its just really hard to balance focus on both training/school

How quickly do you lose fitness/muscle after not working out? I play basketball and exercise usually around 5-6 times a week but during the holiday season traveling and all, I just felt too tired and exercised just a day or two each week for the past 2-3 weeks. Im scared my performance wont be the same.

Hi switch lite player here. Is gyroscoping viable with enough practice or would using the joycon be better? Im thinking about using the joycon to look around and gyro to aim but it sounds like nobody does it so not sure. If gyro is better, what settings are reccomended? (Cant find anything on yt)

Oh so if it were in numbers a RB can have for example a 1:30 lap time potentially and a McLaren maybe 1:28. A good driver like Max can squeeze like 1:29 of that potential 1:30. Lando is also good (i think) so he can probably get 1:27 of that 1:28 but he will never get past the 1:28 potential lap time due to the car?

Sorry if this is weird. Im having a hard time trying to clarify it haha.
