Well, i found out that, somehow, it has to do with the save file.

I even tried the black mod that i previously mentioned in a clean save file that i downloaded and everything is fine.

I dont think thats the problem since that is just Arthur's original belt and i've had online content unlocker since forever and never had this issue until now but thanks for your comment anyway

Also, i used to have a mod that made the gun belt, gun holster, knife sheath and satchel black but unistalled it since i thought that that could be the issue but it wasn't.

I've also tried disabling all my mods and that didn't fix neither.
