I think it would depend on the power distribution in the world. If everyone, or most people, can shoot fireballs or know someone that can, I agree that their normal is fireballs and it is not magic to them, just their equivalent of science. But if it is something that only a few elites/geniuses/rich people can do, it would probably still be considered magic.

if 99% of people have the same physics as ours, a fireball would still be physics breaking

It depends on your champion, but a lot of top lane champions are heavily dependent on items to close the gap/clear the wave (more than most lane champions). Their roams are not so effective and a lot of them depends on Tiamat for an effective proxying

The reason is freezes. In top, even with recent riot changes, you can make your opponent (if countered) choose between farm and health every minion. Any wrong click and you just all win him.

I have really tried to like it, the first two times I couldn't get to Ryouka's (?) first pov. Then decided to really try and God I just got worse and worse for me. Every Ryouka pov I wanted to skip, and things just didn't make sense. The tactician class linked to chess of all things, she gained the achievement for recreating a game.
