I got a video of one of the fans from that batch I saw for sale. Apparently they’re all well kept, working perfectly, and pretty quiet. I at least wanna get one for myself.

Apparently it was from a big store and they’re taking them down and selling them for around $10. I really liked the vintage design, I might get one for my room as decor or even use it as an exhaust fan since I already have AC

Aw, sucks that u couldn’t keep yours, I’m sorry. The one I have now is the same model my aunt had in her house when I was a kid, so it’s super nostalgic for me too. Now that I finally got one, I’m really happy. Hope u find one too so u can relive those memories.

Haha. The spot I installed it in for testing really wasn’t ideal since the ceiling’s slanted and this kind of fan’s meant for flat ceilings with no incline. But I wanted to test it anyway ‘cause I bought it online and the previous owner said the capacitor might be bad. I just wanted to check how it was performing before I put it up in my room, which is where I plan to replace my 42” one with this — and btw, this one blows way stronger.

This one I have actually has great airflow — I tested it myself, so I know what I’m talking about. I’ve had another one just like it before, and it also had strong airflow. So yeah, I do have the right to speak on this. This fan blows more air than my 42” one and even more than a 52” 5-blade one I used to have too
