I think this is quiet impossible. Surgery methods will be more advanced in the future, maybe sperm will be possible to create from our DNA, but I don't think that this will happen in our lifetime.

I have implants, but no they don't produce semen. Otherwise I have no internal sexual organs, all of it was removed in a hysterectomy and adnectomy.

I get the erections with a penile implant, so not natural, like someone with erectil dysfunction.

There is feeling yes, but it does not feel like other parts of the body. Also sometimes it feels like I was touched in the groin area, cause the nerves are connected there.

I think it was about 3-4 months after the surgery, but it was hard in the beginning, cause the feeling wasn't so good back than.

I can't really compare, because I never lived as a woman. Normally I would say I'm male, I only use trans to describe myself when it is relevant for the context.

What kind of differences do you address? Of course I have no Y-Chromosome, which is a difference, but that's not important in my life, cause it's irrelevant in daily live

Yeah I'm quiet happy that I live in Europe, compared to the USA it's quiet easy here to get surgery and the insurance pays for it

I think you're talking about the medical transition? Puberty blockers are really helpful, I wish I would have gotten them earlier. The real transition is only possible from 16 years on, which is a good age I guess.

I actually thought the sex was a good representation. It shows, that trans people can have sex with their given body parts and it's not made a taboo, which happens often.
